    SMS Consent Policy

    1. Overview

    This SMS Consent Policy explains how Lucien AI LLC collects and manages consent for the Mira SMS Program. Mira is the Lucien AI LLC product used to send conversational, transactional, and customer-care SMS messages for onboarding, account updates, appointment reminders, booking coordination, payment confirmations, and support communications. We may also use "Powered by Mira" as a branded marketing line in connection with Mira.

    2. How Opt-In Works

    SMS consent must be actively given. Consent may be collected through an unchecked checkbox, a text message sent first by the consumer, a digital or paper intake form, or another clear affirmative action that documents the consumer's agreement to receive messages.

    • Consent cannot be bundled into unrelated terms or preselected by default
    • Consumers must be able to complete registration or purchases without being forced to opt in to SMS, unless SMS is required to deliver the requested service
    • The opt-in disclosure must clearly identify Lucien AI LLC and the Mira program; branded materials may also reference Powered by Mira

    3. Program Details

    Consumers who opt in may receive messages about onboarding, account access, appointment reminders, booking updates, payment confirmations, operational notifications, and support.

    Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

    4. Required Opt-In Disclosure

    A compliant opt-in form should state the brand or program name, the types of messages that will be sent, message frequency, applicable rates, opt-out instructions, help instructions, and links to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

    5. Opt-Out and Help

    Once a STOP request is processed, the consumer will no longer receive SMS messages from that program unless they opt in again.

    6. Mobile Data Handling and Sharing

    Lucien AI LLC collects and stores mobile numbers, message content, consent status, opt-in records, and opt-out records only as needed to operate the Mira SMS Program and to satisfy compliance and support obligations.

    No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes at any time.

    We may share mobile numbers and message data with service providers such as Twilio only to send and support the messages you requested. That operational sharing is disclosed in our Privacy Policy and, where required, at the point of opt-in.

    7. Carrier Liability

    Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
